What if the Enterprise arrived in the Clone Wars?

The year is 2269: Shortly after the Janice Lester crisis, The U.S.S Enterprise, joined by her sister ships the Hood, Lexington and Potemkin, depart from space station K-7 to take part in a war game. However, on the way, the four Constitution class cruisers are caught in the pull of a massive rip in time and space. At the same time, millions of light years away, Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker, aboard his flagship the Resolute II is contacted by the Jedi High council and given the mission to lead his own ship, as well as the Dauntless and Pioneer (And there Jedi commanders) on a attack against the Separatist stronghold on Duros. However, the fleet is forced out of Hyperspace by an unexpected arrival. Four ships of unfamiliar design roar out of nowhere, almost colliding with the Republic task force. Seeing this as an attack, Anakin orders his ships to open fire, racking the un-shielded Federation vessels with Turbolaser fire. However, James T. Kirk manages to contact the Jedi and convince him to stand down, but not before the Lexington suffers heavy damage. Deciding these strange visitors could be strong allies, Anakin decides to put priority on helping them Repair the Lexington, arising the suspicions of the Separatist commander, admiral Trench, who was expecting the Republic forces to attack. Forming a uneasy alliance, the Federation and Republic ships begin heading for Coruscant. However, before they can get completely underway, they are ambushed by the Separatist fleet. Anakin orders the Venators to engage the Confederate frigates in an attempt to give the slower warp speed ships a chance to escape. The battle rages, with the Resolute II being heavily damaged and Dauntless being completely destroyed by a blitz. However, Admiral Trench's gloating is cut off, when his command ship is rammed and destroyed, finally killing the Separatist Admiral. Captain Kirk, deciding against leaving the Republic forces tot here last stand, had ordered the Lexington abandoned and put on a collision course  with the Separatist vessel. Bolstered by the reinforcements, Anakins forces manage to overwhelm and defeat the entire Confederate fleet. However, this brutal display has convinced the Federation ships to attempt to return to there own galaxy through the space/time rip. With Anakin remaining behind on the crippled Resolute, along with a small group of clones, the remaining Republic forces board the Pioneer and join the three Federation vessels in traveling through the rip, hoping to escort the Constitution vessels home and make official contact with the Federation government. However, the crew of the Resolute II waits for there return a entire week, drifting aimlessly in space, before low provisions force them to start heading home. Once on Coruscant, Anakin gives a report to the High council who, to make sure the Separatists and Sith never learn of the events, decide to only tell the Supreme chancellor. At the same time, millions of light years away, he Enterprise and Potemkin arrive home, and are instantly aware that they are missing two ships. The Pioneer and Hood, meanwhile, come out of the rift in unfamiliar space. Although neither ships sensors are powerful enough to truly tell, both crews estimates that they were several hundred thousand of lightyears off course, lost deep in a third galaxy. Realizing the unlikeliness of ever being able to return home, the two ships instead join together and start heading for the nearest inhabitable world, unsure of what they would find on the strange new world.
