Star Wars what if the Jedi and Sith switched?

1,000 BBY: the seventh battle of Ruusan. Acting on the advice from lord Bane, Kann and his Sith brotherhood successfully set of a powerful fought bomb, destroying the entire Jedi order. Or so they think. Slinking away from his destroyed army of Light, Jedi master Hoth watches from the shadows as the Sith conqueror the Republic and "reform" it, installing a puppet leader under direct Sith control. Swearing to avenge the Jedi, but realizing he had no chance against them by himself, Hoth goes into hiding, taking a young Fae Coven with him to train in the ways of the Light side. However, Darth Bane remains suspicious and trails the fleeing Jedi, finally catching up with them twenty years later. Hoping to give the Jedi a chance to survive, Hoth sends Fae off with orders to find her own apprentice while he himself remains behind and fights a last stand against the Sith, taking both Bane and his apprentice down with him before finally perishing. Centuries later, Faes padawan, Minch Yoda decides it is finally time: with the Sith order and false Republic becoming more and more weak and corrupt over time. However, master Yoda himself was to old to oppose them himself, and thus gave the order to begin the downfall of the Sith to his last apprentice, Qui-gon Jinn, before dying. Twenty years later, Sith master Maul Opress and his master, Sifo Dyas, arrive at Kalee to aid the Trade federation in quelling the revolts plaguing the planet. However, the Sith are betrayed by the Niemodians (acting on orders from an unknown party) and they flee to the planet below, eventually meeting up with the deposed warlord Grievous. The small group manage to escape to Tatooine. There, the Sith manage to gain the parts they need by beating with a local parts dealer, also winning a young slave named Anakin Skywalker in the process. However, before they can leave they are confronted by a mysterious human warrior wielding a blue lightsaber: the shadowy Jedi apprentice Obi-wan Kenobi. The small group escapes to Koriban where, while Grievous converses with senator Liam Kane, Sifo and Maul speak to the dark council and the dark lord himself, Sidious. The two Sith are told to be extremly careful if it is indeed the Jedi who are involved, while the simple slave Anakin is discovered to be a powerful force sensitive and apprenticed to Lord Bulq. Returning to Kalee, Sabe' and her handmaiden Padme' lead the assault against the Trade Federation while Sifo and Maul once again confront Kenobi. Although the young Jedi manages to kill the master in one on one combat, Maul surprises and kills the aspiring Jedi. Enraged at his lose, a victorious Maul returns to Korriban and slays Bulq, claiming Anakin now Vader) as his own padawan. Ten years later, the galaxy falls into turmoil, with rouge Sith lord Mace Windu leaving the order and taking control of a custom built clone army and declaring war against the Sith and Republic, causing many to believe him to be another Jedi. Over the next three years, Vader becomes close to chancellor Kane and begins to doubt his role as a Sith lord. The war hits a major turning point when, on a mission to capture lord Sidious, Windu is killed by the now graduated Vader. Deciding to end the war, Sidious personally leaves to stop the clone invasion of Kyyshk while sending Maul to Alderan to kill the supreme commander of Windus forces: A cyberneticly enhanced Padme Amidala. The two engage in a furious lightsaber duel, with Maul eventually defeating the commander, learning that Windu had nothing to do with the Jedi before killing her. Back on Coruscant, a conflicted Vader discovers a deep secret: chancellor Kane is secretly Jedi Grandmaster Qui-gon Jinn. Unsure of what to do, Vader informs lord Dooku of Kanes real identity, with the Sith lord leaving to confront him, along with his closest allies. However, Qui-gons guards ambush and kill the other three lords and although Dooku manages to disarm Qui-gon, Vader arrives, forsakes the Sith and brutally decapitates Dooku. Takeing advantage of the situation, Qui-gon sends the newly reformed Anakin to Kamino to kill the Siths corporation allies, while he himself uses the holonet to send a public message to the entire Republic: the galaxy, after a thousand years, is sick and tired of Sith rule. All across the galaxy, Sith find entire planet populations attacking them, and with there droid armies deactivated by Anakin, they are cut down by the hundreds. Soon, only three lords remain: Sidious, his "Wife" Sly Moore and Darth Maul. While Maul furiously leaves to confront his former apprentice, Sidious arrives on Coruscant and begins a furious duel with Qui-gon. The two fate deciding duels take place at once, the galaxy hanging in the balance with every blade strike. Eventually, Sidious out maneuvers the Grand master and slices off two of his limbs, an arm and a leg. However, he is stopped from killing him and is forced off world by the entire Coruscant populace. Sidious attempts to escape to the unknown regions, but the last few of Windus star destroyers incinerate his shuttle. Meanwhile on Kamino, the second duel reaches a tipping point, both combatants disarming each other and resorting to force lighting. The two prove to eb evenly matched, the built up energy exploding spectacularly,s ending Maul flying off the rain soaked platform, although Anakin doubts his death. Datys later, a shadowy form on Korriban watches in disgust as the now healed Qui-gon (with cybernetic replacements) appoints Anakin the first chancellor of the new galactic alliance. Sly Moore is furious at the defeat of the Sith, but she knows she must remain hidden, not only toe scape death, but to watch over her final charge: Sidious's child, and the only hope for the Sith order.
