MARTIAL ARTS
Adi Gallia was an accomplished swordmaster and warrior. Similar to master Yoda, Adi Gallias dueling style consists of a fast paced and acrobatic offense. She also was fond of changing physical attacks into her bladework. Although she had an effective defense, it has been beaten before and she mostly prefers to fight offensively. Adi Gallia battled general Grievous at least twice, stalemating him the first time and only being defeated the second time because of the generals cybernetically enhanced strength. In a similar vane, she actually drove the Sith nightbrother Savage Opress back until her physical attack failed, staggering her enough to lower her defenses enough to be impaled and killed by the Nightbrothers force power/Zabrak physical strength. In short, she is a skilled duelist but not a top tier.
The best way to describe Ventress's fighting style would be the same way master Luminara did: a more amateurish version of Dookus technique. Like Dooku, it was fast paced and technically advanced, designed to stagger and out maneuver her opponent, her dual blades giving her an edge in this regard. However, unlike Dooku, she was often blinded by rage and could often be overconfident and unrefined. She often went head to head with Anakin Skywalker, Ashoka Tano and Obi-wan Kenobi, either matching them or distracting them enough to escape. She also managed to outclass General Grievous and Luminara Undulie, as well as fighting evenly with Darth Maul and Savage Opress. However, she remained unable to compete with Dooku and was often defeated by Kenobi and Skywalker. All in all, not the best duelist but a serious threat to most Jedi.
FORCE POWERS
Adi Gallia was an expert user of the force, using telekinesis, force pushes and the Jedi mind trick. She could also augment herself through the force to face the physically imposing Savage Opress and Grievous, although this had its limits.
When it comes to force powers, Ventress is something of a mixed bag. She had no knowledge of force lightning and was overwhelmed by both Barriss Offee and Yoda, but she was also capable of simultaneously force choking Kenobi and Anakin and coming close to matching her master with it. In the end, she is an above average force user, even though she is somewhat untrained and unrefined.
PHYSICAL ABILITY
Adi Gallia was relatively young for her position. She was a Thotholian, although that species does not appear to be any physically different from humans, apart from there distinctive headdresses. Adi Gallia was in excellent physical shape, having a fondness for physical attacks and surviving (at least briefly) being impaled by Savage Opress
Despite her slim build, Ventress bordered on being a physical tank. She could take a lot of punishment, from force lightning to brutal nightbrother attacks. Her most impressive display was when, after being wounded from a fiery crash, she still managed to duel with Anakin and Kenobi.
WEAPONS
Adi gallia uses a standard blue bladed Jedi lightsaber, giving the clear armement edge to Ventress, who used dual blades, which could also be joined into a saberstaff, giving her many more options in combat, although this gave her some over reliance on them. That being said, Adi Gallia has experience in fighting dual wielders, so this might be a slime advantage.
