She may only be a Padawan, but Tano has already proven herself to be better with a blade than many Knight sand even Masters. Since we (as of this writing) have no feats from her "Fulcrum" self, we will be discussing her up until she left the Jedi Order. Also of note is that I am not in possesion of any Clone Wars games, so I'm largely in the dark about any feats she might have from those sources. That being said, Respect Ahsoka Tano!
To start with, Tano was a surprisingly diverse martial artist for her age. Although she was first and foremost a Form four, Ataru, specialist, she was also instructed in Dejem So by her master and learned the basics of Nimen. She was also fond of and skilled with Shien and Jar'Kai.
Tano's very first duel actually takes place in a deleted scene: In this unused scene for the Clone Wars film, Tano briefly engages Asajj Ventress alongside her Master. However, they mostly only blade-lock and Tano is quickly forced to drop out of the fight to protect Rotta the Hutt.
Not long after, Tano confronted and defeated a trio of Magnaguards. Although it was obviously with a great deal of effort, considering that Magnaguards have taken down Jedi Masters before this is still a very impressive achievement for someone so young.
During her undercover mission on Mon Gazza, Tano had a rematch with Ventress, aboard a full speed Podracer. Although it was far from a lengthy duel, Tano held her own before the older woman resorted to a Force push to take her out of the fight.
Tano faced the other head Separatist Jedi killer, Grievous, not long after. Although she was good enough to not die instantly, Tano was only briefly able to meat him head on, even though he was only using two weapons. The rest of the fight played out as a game of cat and mouse.
Tano's final duel against Ventress took place aboard the Tranquility, where she and Master Luminara worked together to drive the skilled assassin off. Although neither Jedi were her equal by themselves, together they were more than a match for her.
While temporarily reassigned to the Jedi Libary, Tano engaged in a brief bout of swordsmanship with Bounty Hunter Cato Parasitti. However, even though Cato was in the form of experinced Jedi Master Jocasta Nu, Tano clearly outclassed her.
Tano's final duel before the time skip was against a infected Barriss Offee. Although Tano was able to dance circles around her friend, it should be noted that Offe was under the control of a Brain Worm at the time.
Some point after the time skip, Ahsoka Tano took part in a sparring exhibition against at least one other Jedi. However, how well she did in this tournament has never been established.
While under the control of the Son, Tano attacked both her master and Obi-wan Kenobi. Although they were very obviously holding back, she still managed to pressure two of the best duelists of the time, even briefly disarming Anakin.
On the snowy planet Carlac during a desperate escape from a Death Watch camp, Tano went head to head with there leader, Pre Vizsla, in a heated duel. Tano eventually came out on top, albeit becuase of Vizsla's easily damaged jet-pack.
The best sign of how much Tano's skill had improved since the beginning of the Clone Wars was her second duel against Grievous. This time around, Tano did not rely on stealth tactics and meat Grievous head on, even while he utilized all four of his blades. However, Tano was still eventually forced to flee.
In her final duel of the Clone Wars, Tano was (Unknowingly) confronted by a Dark Side Barriss Offee. Despite already being exhausted and without her Shoto, Tano stalemated her attacker, forcing Offee to rely on physical and Force strikes to break through her guard.
